Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellation requests are handled for TechLearn India programs, cohort seats, and payment-linked enrollments.

Enrollment Cancellation

Learners may request cancellation of a program enrollment by contacting TechLearn India support with their registered email, program name, payment reference, and reason for cancellation.

Before Program Access

Cancellation requests made before meaningful platform access, cohort onboarding, mentor allocation, or content usage may be reviewed for refund eligibility under the Refund Policy.

After Program Access

Once program access has been activated, lessons viewed, assignments submitted, mentor review initiated, or cohort capacity reserved, cancellation may stop future access but may not automatically qualify for a refund.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a UPI or online payment fails, duplicates, or is debited without access being activated, contact hello@techlearnindia.com with the Razorpay payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed-settlement cases will be reviewed with the payment provider.
