Information We Collect
We may collect account information, enrollment details, submissions, payment references, support messages, and usage data necessary to operate the platform.
How We Use Information
Information is used to provide program access, process payments, review submissions, issue certificates, communicate updates, and improve learner experience.
Third-Party Services
The platform may use services such as Supabase for authentication and database operations, Razorpay for payments including UPI transactions, Cloudinary for file storage, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, and analytics providers for product improvement.
Payment Information
TechLearn India stores payment references, order identifiers, transaction status, and enrollment metadata needed to provide access and support. Sensitive payment credentials such as UPI PINs, full card numbers, or banking passwords are handled by payment providers and are not stored by TechLearn India.
