Refund Policy
This policy explains when TechLearn India program payments may be eligible for refund and how refund requests are reviewed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered based on plan type, date of purchase, cohort start date, mentor capacity reserved, content access, submission or review activity, and whether program services have already been used.
Cohort Programs
Cohort seats involve reserved mentor capacity. Refund windows may close before or shortly after the cohort begins.
UPI and Online Payments
Approved refunds for Razorpay transactions, including UPI payments, are generally processed to the original payment method where supported by the payment provider. Bank or payment-provider settlement timelines may apply after TechLearn India initiates the refund.
How to Request
Learners can contact hello@techlearnindia.com with payment details, enrolled program, registered email, and refund reason. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be available where substantial program access has been used, mentor review has started, certificates have been issued, policy misuse is detected, or the request falls outside the applicable refund window.
