Terms & Conditions
These terms govern access to TechLearn India programs, payments, submissions, mentorship, certificates, and platform services.
1. Platform Use
TechLearn India provides role-based learning programs, mentor-reviewed submissions, cohort experiences, certificates, and related services. You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
2. Learner Responsibilities
Learners are responsible for attending sessions where applicable, completing submissions honestly, respecting deadlines, and not misrepresenting work as reviewed or certified unless issued by the platform.
3. Payments and Access
Program access depends on successful payment authorization, plan type, cohort availability, identity and profile information, and compliance with these terms. Payments may be processed through Razorpay and supported payment methods including UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking where available.
4. Intellectual Property
Course materials, templates, platform content, and brand assets belong to TechLearn India or licensors. Learners retain ownership of original portfolio work unless otherwise agreed.
5. Program Changes
TechLearn India may update program structure, sprint schedules, mentor availability, content, assignments, or platform features to improve learner outcomes. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or registered contact details where applicable.
6. Support and Disputes
For billing, access, or policy questions, contact TechLearn India support at hello@techlearnindia.com. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the published Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
